All Serholt Collection products are made to order with love and precision. Please allow 4-20 weeks for production and delivery. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. We offer free shipping on all US orders over $100.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For trade or wholesale inquiries in other regions, please contact us at info@serholtcollection.com.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting our support page.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that made-to-order items may have different return terms. Contact us at info@serholtcollection.com for details.

What does "made to order" mean?

Each Serholt Collection product is handcrafted after your order is placed. This means your piece is made specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Production times vary by product but typically range from 4-20 weeks.

How do I charge my rechargeable lamp?

All our rechargeable table lamps come with a USB-C cable and charging base. Simply place your lamp on the charging base or connect via USB-C. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 109 hours of light depending on the model and brightness setting.

Are the lamps suitable for outdoor use?

Many of our lamps carry an IP44 rating, making them suitable for sheltered outdoor use such as covered patios, terraces, and restaurant outdoor dining areas. They are not designed for direct exposure to heavy rain.

What warranty do you offer?

All Serholt Collection products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact info@serholtcollection.com with your order details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

When will I be charged?

Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase. Since our products are made to order, payment is collected upfront to begin production on your piece.
