We offer free ground shipping for orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Free shipping applies to FedEx Ground or FedEx Ground Freight, which takes 3 to 5 business days. Faster shipping or in-home delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Note: Low Plinths, which weigh over 200 lbs and ship in wooden crates, require in-home delivery. Orders are shipped via FedEx and may take up to 3 additional business days for processing, especially during weekends or holidays.

FedEx shipping options:
• FedEx Ground: 3 to 5 days
• FedEx 2 Day: 2 days
• FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 day (not available in Hawaii or Alaska)

Delays may occur due to high seasonal demand or transit issues beyond our control.

Orders to Canada ship via FedEx or DHL. Allow up to 3 additional business days for processing.

Shipping options:
• FedEx Ground International: 10 days (flat $50 fee for orders under $500, 10% fee for orders over $500)
• DHL International Express: 3 days (includes a $250 processing fee)

Pre-order and back-order products are available for purchase even if they're temporarily out of stock or expected to arrive in the future. Availability dates are listed on product pages, but delays may occur.

Furniture orders often require special handling due to size and weight. Standard shipping includes curbside delivery only and does not include delivery to a specific room, packaging removal, or assembly.

White-glove service is available for an additional cost:
• $199: Room of choice + packaging removal
• $249: Room of choice + packaging removal + assembly

Low Plinths (weighing over 200 lbs) ship in wooden crates and require white-glove service. Bulky furniture items may take longer to process and ship. For Canadian customers, bulky furniture cannot be shipped directly from our store. Check with local retailers for options.

Shipping

Shipments within the continental US are approximately 1-5 business days. Shipments to Canada are approximately 7-9 business days.

We have cross-docking locations in New Jersey and Houston where we ship made-to-order items from Europe and North America, respectively. Accessories and lighting ship from our warehouse in Sturtevant, WI.

Returns & Refunds

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note:

• Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from serholtcollection.com
• Items bought from other retailers must follow their return policies
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Some items like oversized furniture cannot be returned

To initiate a return:

1. Email info@serholtcollection.com with your order number
2. Wait for our team to provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back using a trackable method

Important: Do not ship any returns without first obtaining an RMA number.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Oversized or bulky furniture items
• Made-to-order or custom pieces
• Items marked as final sale
• Used or assembled items
• Items without original packaging

Once we receive your return at our warehouse:

1. We'll inspect the item within 1-2 business days
2. If approved, we'll process your refund immediately
3. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to post the refund

No, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging their own return shipping. We recommend:
