Most of our lamps and charging solutions are made to order, so please allow 4-20 weeks for production and delivery depending on the product. Once your item ships, you'll receive a tracking email with estimated delivery. Accessories like charging bases and USB-C cables typically ship within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your lamp arrives in perfect condition.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your item is dispatched. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting your account page.

What does "made to order" mean?

Made to order means your lamp is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. This ensures the highest quality and allows you to choose your preferred style and finish combination. Because each piece is individually produced, please allow additional time for delivery compared to stock items.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To initiate a return, please visit our returns page or contact us at info@serholtcollection.com.

Can I exchange my lamp for a different finish?

Yes, we're happy to arrange exchanges for a different style or finish within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact our team at info@serholtcollection.com to arrange an exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Battery life varies by model and brightness setting. Our lamps offer between 9 and 109 hours of use on a single charge, depending on the model and dimming level. For example, the Avenue provides up to 109 hours at the lowest setting, while the Asteria offers up to 28 hours.

How do I charge my lamp?

All our rechargeable lamps come with a Charging Base and USB-C cable included. Simply place the lamp on the charging base, and connect it to any USB-C power source. For multi-lamp setups, our Charging Station can charge up to 10 lamps simultaneously and is ideal for restaurants, hotels, and event spaces.

Are the lamps suitable for outdoor use?

Many of our lamps carry an IP44 rating, making them splash-resistant and suitable for covered outdoor areas like patios, terraces, and balconies. We recommend bringing them indoors during heavy rain or extreme weather conditions.

How do I clean and care for my lamp?

Wipe the lamp with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or submerging the lamp in water. For brass finishes, a gentle brass cleaner can be used occasionally to maintain the shine. Store in a dry place when not in use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe with industry-standard encryption.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security in the payments industry. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Do you offer a warranty?
