Return & Refund Policy

At Serholt Collection, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase so you understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.

Return Policy — Standard Products

Standard (non-made-to-order) products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed within 3–10 business days

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order products (see below)
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "On Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window

Made-to-Order Products — Final Sale

All made-to-order products are final sale. Because these items are handcrafted specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the cancellation window has closed.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel a made-to-order order within 3 calendar days of placing it by contacting us at [email protected]. After the 3-day window, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

Exceptions for Made-to-Order

If a made-to-order product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during shipping, we will repair or replace it at no cost. See "Damaged or Defective Products" below.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  1. Report within 72 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]
  2. Include clear photos of the packaging, the damage, and the shipping label
  3. Retain all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved

We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • The 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Warranty Claims

Products covered under our manufacturer's warranty (typically 2 years) that develop defects under normal use may be repaired or replaced. Warranty claims are separate from the return policy. Contact [email protected] with your order number and description of the issue.
