Shipping Policy

At Serholt Collection, we want your experience to be seamless from order to delivery. Please read this policy to understand how and when your order will ship.

In-Stock Products

Domestic Orders (United States)

For orders shipping within the U.S., we use DHL, USPS, FedEx, or UPS. In-stock items are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days of order placement.

  • Standard shipping: Delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch
  • Free shipping on orders over $150

International Orders

International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number with full visibility.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days after dispatch
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • If you refuse to pay import duties at delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. We will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs to and from your country.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are handcrafted to order. Made-to-order items require additional production time before they can ship.

Production Timeline

  • Estimated lead times are listed on each product page (typically 8–26 weeks)
  • These are estimates and may vary based on materials, demand, and production schedules
  • You will receive email updates on your order status during production

When Does Shipping Start?

Once production is complete, standard shipping times apply (4–7 business days domestic, 5–15 business days international). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order leaves the workshop.

Cancellation Window

Made-to-order orders may be cancelled within 3 calendar days of placement. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled. See our Refund Policy for details.

Production Delays

If production is delayed beyond the estimated lead time by more than 4 weeks, we will notify you and offer the option to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund.

What to Expect After You Order

  1. Order Confirmation — You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  2. Production Updates — For made-to-order items, we will provide periodic status updates
  3. Shipping Confirmation — When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

Changes to Your Order

If you need to change your order (address, quantity, etc.), contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can generally accommodate changes within 1 hour of order placement.

If your order is already in transit and you need to update your delivery address, a rerouting fee may apply.

Taxes and Duties

  • U.S. orders: Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout
  • International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their local government. Serholt Collection has no control over these charges.
